چکیده
Abstract Introduction The incidence of visceral artery aneurysms (VAA) varies from 0.01-0.1%. They are significant with a mortality risk up to 75% if ruptured. Given there no national guidelines we decided conduct this study assess the management VAA in our trust and recommend local guidelines. Method We retrospectively identified patients who had detected between April 2014 2020. Medical records relevant imaging were reviewed detail. MDT outcomes subsequent mortalities noted. Results 62 59 (23 male), median age 65 years, mean diameter 18.1 mm. 95 % on CT, indication was mostly malignancy. continue surveillance for 43 yearly scans, 5 primary surgical repair, 7 endovascular interventions, 1 patient intervention that failed required intervention. discharged follow due size (12 mm) or completely thrombosed. Conclusions In unit decisions intervene based > 20mm, rapid increase surveillance, presence portal hypertension possibly patients’ young age. There linked VAA.

Innominate Artery Stenting: A Single Centre Experience
Innominate and common carotid artery lesions have usually been treated surgically with extra-anatomic bypass via a cervical approach or median sternotomy. The transtoracic approach succeeded in providing direct access to proximal aortic arch branch vessel lesions, but these approach was associated with rather high mortality rate (22%) [1-4]. In 1967, Diethrich et al. [5] reported the first extr...

Visceral artery aneurysms are uncommon lesions that are rarely identified in the absence of symptoms. Between February 1972 and April 1992, nine patients (5 men and 4 women) with rupture of visceral artery aneurysms were treated. The average age was 62 years old (range 39 to 86 years old). The arteries involved were the splenic (4), the common hepatic (2), the left hepatic (1), the celiac (1), ...
